Following their exhibition at the International Defence and Security Fair (FEINDEF) last November, representatives of the Ministry of Defence and the Army
will be able to learn not only about the intelligent suspension system with advanced features, but also about the simulator developed by the company for
optimise the design and performance of the assembly.

This advanced suspension system designed for new vehicles and vehicle renove programmes is characterised by the fact that it is designed for heavy weight vehicles.
supports up to 48 tonnes in 8×8 configuration, as well as for its advanced features and customisable configuration.
The suspension assembly not only absorbs uneven terrain (whether on tarmac, road or off-road) making the ride safer and more comfortable, but the electronic management allows for height adjustment, stabilising the barge to increase the accuracy of the weapon system, adjusting the stiffness and travel to minimise the impact of shocks or fording ditches.
FAYMMDROP is based on a hydropneumatic design with independent hydraulic fluid reservoirs, configurable according to factory requirements and can be adapted in real time to combat conditions thanks to electronic management. Each unit is designed to maximise robustness and strength, is easily repairable, has a stroke of 43 cm and weighs 122 kg. Its characteristics make it ideal for newly developed armoured vehicles facing the limitations of current suspension systems or for modernisation programmes, providing in-service platforms with new features and improved mobility and reducing the impact of the additional weight of new armour or equipment on the performance of the armoured vehicle.
