What tolerances can you achieve?
Realizamos trabajos de mecanizado CNC en Madrid con tolerancias habituales de hasta 0,01 mm (centésimas de milímetro). Además, disponemos de rectificadoras de exterior que permiten alcanzar cotas de hasta 0,001 mm (milésimas de milímetro) en determinadas geometrías.
¿Qué materiales mecanizáis?
- Aceros al carbono y aleaciones.
- Aceros inoxidables.
- Aluminio.
- Tungsteno.
- Titanio.
- Polímeros técnicos.
- Otros materiales especiales bajo especificación del cliente.
¿Hacéis prototipos, series cortas o series largas?
Our work is focused on mainly the manufacture and assembly of industrial components in medium and large batches
We do not usually work with prototypes (<3 units) or one-off parts, except where they form part of a validation process prior to mass production.

Our manufacturing and quality control processes are carried out under a quality management system certified to the following standards:

Fabricaciones y Montajes Mecánicos S.L. has been the beneficiary of a grant awarded by the Directorate
Director General of Economy and Industry of the Department of Economy, Finance, and Employment of
the Community of Madrid, within the framework of the Aid Program for Industrial Companies
from Madrid residents for the acquisition of productive assets. This aid is financed in part by
60% of eligible expenditure incurred for the 2025 annuity.
