What tolerances can you achieve?
We carry out CNC machining work in Madrid with standard tolerances of up to 0.01 mm (hundredths of a millimetre). In addition, we have external grinding machines that enable us to achieve tolerances of up to 0.001 mm (thousandths of a millimetre) on certain geometries.

Do you make short or long series?
Our work is focused on mainly the manufacture and assembly of industrial components in medium and large batches
We do not usually work with prototypes (<3 units) or one-off parts, except where they form part of a validation process prior to mass production.

Our manufacturing and quality control processes are carried out under a quality management system certified to the following standards:

Director General of Economy and Industry of the Department of Economy, Finance, and Employment of
the Community of Madrid, within the framework of the Aid Program for Industrial Companies
from Madrid residents for the acquisition of productive assets. This aid is financed in part by
60% of eligible expenditure incurred for the 2025 annuity.
