On 23 September, we received in our facilities the Deputy Director General for Inspection, Regulation and Industrial Strategy of the #Defence<\/a> General for Armaments and Material<\/strong> #DGAM<\/a> D. Pedro A. Fuster Gonz\u00e1lez<\/a>, together with V\u00edctor Riob\u00f3 Otero<\/strong>State Industrial Engineer and Head of the Industrial Knowledge Integration Unit<\/strong> in a pleasant visit where we were able to showcase our strategic defence capabilities, as well as the new suspension system for 8\u00d78 armoured vehicles. The visit included a tour of the different functional areas of the company and a discussion of various issues related to the current projects that defence has approved in the medium to long term. As he has already commented in other media, Pedro Fuster maintains that the future of the Spanish defence sector depends on a review of industrial strategies and on strengthening the relationship between the Ministry of Defence and the Spanish defence industrial base.

One of the messages that came out of the visit was the great interest of the Ministry of Defence in collaborating with Spanish companies in the industrial sector in the research and development of new products capable of meeting the needs of the Armed Forces. FAYMM<\/strong> stands in the same strategic direction from innovation and promises to contribute to industrial and technological progress in the sector<\/strong>.
