We are proud to announce our participation in the programme. PID<\/a><\/strong> (Programa investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo) del CDTI<\/strong> <\/a>(Centro Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico Industrial).

La digitalizaci\u00f3n de la Industria Espa\u00f1ola ha sufrido una gran aceleraci\u00f3n en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. En la actualidad, se est\u00e1 avanzando a gran velocidad en la aplicaci\u00f3n del mantenimiento prescriptivo (optimizando la programaci\u00f3n de las acciones para mejorar la eficiencia global de los medios) que permitan fabricar productos con la m\u00ednima tasa de defectos y mejorar los procesos, optimizando su eficiencia y generando un gran impacto en la calidad de la producci\u00f3n.

Este nuevo modelo de industria, si bien bebe del anterior, empieza a denominarse Industria X.0, en el que tiene especial peso la sostenibilidad de los procesos<\/strong>, dando importancia a la inteligencia y el razonamiento basado en los datos<\/strong>, a todos los niveles.

Por su parte, FAYMM comparte estas necesidades, particularizando su aplicaci\u00f3n al sector de actividad en el que se encuadra, que es el mecanizado de piezas para la fabricaci\u00f3n de componentes de alta precisi\u00f3n<\/strong>. En su apuesta por una mejora continua de la competitividad de la empresa, FAYMM centra sus esfuerzos en un constante cuidado por la calidad de sus productos y de la eficiencia de sus medios productivos que, en el caso de su actividad, tambi\u00e9n pasa por una \u00f3ptima gesti\u00f3n del mantenimiento. Su inter\u00e9s por la industria 4.0<\/a><\/strong> tiene un largo recorrido

El objetivo general que plantea el proyecto STEELSEED<\/strong> es contribuir a la mejora de los est\u00e1ndares de producci\u00f3n y el OEE en el entorno de la industria conectada, incidiendo de forma directa en dos aspectos, el control de calidad en etapas tempranas del producto y la mejora del rendimiento de las instalaciones gracias a una adecuada pol\u00edtica de mantenimiento basada en sistemas predictivos.

Algunas t\u00e9cnicas aplicadas para el cumplimiento de los objetivos son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 IIoT technologies<\/strong> for the collection of information on product and process quality (based on non-destructive testing techniques)

\u2022 Edge Computing<\/strong> for intelligent information processing at the edge (distributed AI) and the implementation of transfer learning techniques.

Technologies for mass info integration<\/strong>The system is based on the massive storage of data generated for the modelling of products and processes.

\u2022 Advanced AI techniques<\/strong> (ExAI, HAI, hybrid neuro-symbolic algorithms, evolutionary algorithms, multi-criteria optimisation...) for anomaly detection, optimisation of maintenance strategies (e.g. implementation of prescriptive maintenance techniques) and production quality assurance.

In addition, there is an environmental factor, in which a reduction in the consumption of resources is achieved. There is also another factor of importance for the environmental footprint, such as the reduction of paper consumption in many production processes, especially those related to management, and once this type of solution has been implemented, it no longer makes sense.

This aspect, in addition to having an important environmental burden, due to the polluting nature of the paper manufacturing process, also introduces a final factor of great importance, namely the introduction of new technologies and the modernisation of the industrial sector, through the adoption of innovations aligned with Industry 4.0.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
